After a
long race, at last Arnold Minde stood out and became a winner of Startup world in
Tanzania and soon to be heading for the finals in Silicon Valley.
Many
opportunities have been coming around for the ICT community in Tanzania,
Start-up World, Voda App Star, Google Android Challenge and many of that sort,
and its very enlightening to see a lot of young minds from Tanzania going for
the grand prices and showcasing what we can do in the field of technology given
the chance to rise and shine.
“We didn’t look for Tanzania, we were brought here by the
amount of innovation that goes around. Among the Sub-saharan countries,
Tanzania stands out also” -
Congrats
to all who participated in the challenge and all the best to Arnold as he
represent our Nation!
