Simple formula on how much you should charge for ads in your blog ………

Actually I was doing some research on how should someone charge for advertising on their blogs or sites. I have been receiving some questions about the issue for some time now. I have been blogging since 2008, during this time I have experienced so many things but among the hardest things am how you can make money through direct adding of banners on your site from vendors for the purpose of the advertisement.
Among the main challenges is anticipating the worth of your site and how much you should charge for the service you are giving and wither the price you are mentioning to the client worth it. First you should know that traffic is what decides everything wither to charge 10USD per ad or 10,000USD per ad. Some blogs and site have 6,000,000 hits per day while some has less than 100 viewers per day.
This is the simple trick I learnt way back when I was starting cooperate blogging. The formula is simple I learned from a popular entrepreneurship blog. Although it doesn’t apply all the time but it really works especially to the amateurs people with less than 1000 Blog or site viewers per day.
Consider: You can charge X dollars per month, per ad, with X being equal to your daily visitors count divided by ten. So if you get 600 visitors per day, you can expect to make $60 per banner ad.

Then the next time when the client come to you and ask you how much would you charge me for putting banner in your site you can consider this trick. The other things which might affect the formula are position of the ads, the audience and client of course.
