Yahoo recruits someone from Google







What seems to be another move by Yahoo to handle the tough competition provide by Gogle inc in the Tech Industry the Tech giants have recruited the new Chief executive officer from Google. The company under real pressure on surviving the tough web competition will paying their new COO the base salary of $600,000 in addition to one-time retention equity awards totaling $36 million. 

Google Inc. exec Henrique de Castro will be joining Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer as the new Chief Operations officer. “His operational experience in Internet advertising and his proven success in structuring and scaling global organizations make him the perfect fit,” Mayer said
De Castro is currently the VP of Google’s worldwide partner’s business solutions group where he oversees advertising services for the Google’s publisher and commerce partners.
