Airtel Tanzania Limited yesterday has launched a new credit product "Daka Salio" t enable subscribers get additional airtime. 'The services allows Airtel subscribers to borrow additional airtime and have the same amount deducted upon loading" The AirTel manager Mr. Jackson Mmbando, told a news conference in Dar es Salaam yesterday. 
He however said that, those who are using the service will be charged 10 percent, "we have introduce this service to our customers to ensure uninterrupted conversations." He said to enroll to the service the customers would be required to text a word 'DAKA' to 15549 and start talking. The facility is open to subscribers who have beenusing AirTel services for at least 90 days.
