contractor for United State Agency for International Development (USAID) and is
working as part of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the
President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) and other US government funded health interventions.
The organization is looking for IT USER SUPPORT (1 POSITION).
The selected candidate would be required to report to IT MANAGER the job is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Some
responsibilities include; Provide first line technical support including
answering support queries through phone and email. Installing basic and
standard application software and hardware on personal computers, network
devices, support users located in zones in various technical issues.
Qualifications include; previous user support experience,
excellent telephone manner. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based
operating systems with emphasis on Windows based OS and some TCP/IP experience.
