The Google TV (GTV) is
the next big thing to the users of the Google plus accounts. The product will
be first available in Germany, France and UK. People would have an opportunity
to play music and movies which are available on Google TV.
Google TV launched initially back in
2010, a service co-developed by Intel, Sony and Logitech. Though most people in
the UK are still content with passive viewing, with Google and Apple TV pushing
the boundaries, it will be interesting to see if this Christmas shopping season
will be the push that brings more of our television sets online through these
services.
The main challenge till now has been
the fact that the service cannot be rolled out to other countries yet you can
just access the TV through the neighboring countries which have been given the
access to the Google television.
